Most of the video is in English and we hear from the god parents of video blogging, Ryanne H. and Michael V.
Right on!

Huub, totaLLY loved it. Ryan - so angry - yet right on! Michael - again so well said, and where was Jay???? So it’s exactly right - everything - even the stuff in Dutch.

BTW - Huub - is that you ?? in Dutch? I didn’t think so, but I don’t know who that person is.

later,
Milt

this is my jerusalem crush. he’s a chef and owns/runs the kosher pizza / pasta place I like to eat at. he makes pizza like it’s a painting and is great to talk to - they’re all so friendly. and he has the best smile I’ve seen in a long while. videoing through the glass makes him look really thin though - I think someone should patent that glass and make portable / wearable glass shields for me too

Cool.
And a glass Coca-Cola bottle. Don’t see those much in Canada anymore.
Thanks for sharing.

This is our 3rd year of vlogging the pool setup. It seems traditionally that we have had pool problems each spring. But, fingers crossed, this year looks good.

There’s also a follow-up with a new solar cover:

Digital Barcelona Film Festival (DIBA) make every year the DibaExpress, a short films contest where you’ve to make its entirely (idea, script, recording and edition) in 72 hours from a specific word that the organization gives. On Thursday at 9 a.m. pm they gave to us the key word: Time.

We decanted ourselves for speaking about the time as a changeable and indefinite entity that does that depending and how appear of a temporary space like that it will be said or there will be understood a thing or other one. A vibrant and wealth-producing experience…

Me, walking around the mountains of Phoenix, AZ while waiting for the SuperShuttle. This video came out ok - I’m realizing I almost ALWAYS forget to pause after I hit the record button, between takes, if I know I goofed up and need to start again. Still learning!

And… this video marks the first one using Wordpress! I just moved my videoblog from blogger to wordpress. It looks nasty now, but I’ll be tricking it out the next couple of weeks. Just an fyi!

David, I enjoyed this piece. I think it came out fine. Nice to see Phoenix. There is something about the southwest that is fine, but I found myself needing a glass of water just watching the film.

Thanks, Milt! Maybe it’s just me being persnickety with myself - I have VPS (Vlogger Perfection Syndrome) :-) One of those edits took probably 30 minutes to do - I kept chopping off a word (the words sorta ran together), and I kept thinking “why, oh why didn’t I pause a little longer?”

We all have a voice… grab your camcorder and be heard.

I am a little bit of loneliness, a little bit of disregard.Handful of complaints but I can’t help the fact That everybody can see these scars. I am what I want you to want, what I want you to feel. But it’s like no matter what I do, I can’t convince you To just believe this is real. So I, let go watching you turn your back like you always do, Face away and pretend that I’m not, But I’ll be here cause you’re all that I’ve got

I found it fascinating to see people’s comfort zones and boundaries with video making being pushed at this gathering of YouTube participants in Minneapolis.

Length: 0:44 Creakily climbing back up on the horse after a jarring dismount. Aided by my Father’s Day present, a Flip mino. Up to this point I’ve typically avoided footage of the boy playing to the camera, but with the Flip he’s had a bit of a conceptual breakthrough. He’s not just performing for my benefit–he’s performing for his own. Photo (cc) by Marko Kivelä.
