Huub,
Very cool. I love the shadows and the balls. Nice job. P.S. Don’t drive the escalators while drunk.
Phil.

short experimental video for a festival. I try to show the different things that are in our mind every day using different textures of video.

That was very nice. Where does one find those effects?
Thanks,
Milt

normally in te edition program you have it. i use adobe premiere pro and all their are in the effects area. sometimes maybe you have to play with different effects to have some textures, but its a nice play.

For the last day of Videoblogging Week 2008, I’m playing a cool beat on the drums. And I thought this could be my video for this week, too - two birds with one stone, and all.

Enjoy!

We are playing a little Mario & Sonic Olympic Games on the Nintendo Wii. Actually, we cheer on Dillon as he attempts to complete the final competition and unlock the one event we’ve been wanting to play.
Go Dillon!

We have had a really warm and bright few days, here. Positively Mediterranean weather. This hot spell has coincided with our looking after Margaret’s parents’ two tortoises. The larger one (usually on the right) is “Tortie”, and is something over 75 years old; The smaller one is “Sam”, a mere 50-something. These reptiles are really enjoying their vacation in warm Ipswich, and they especially like eating our home-grown dandelions.

Videoblogging Week 2008
With VBW08 over with, its time to reflect and relax. That’s how I felt back then. Still, looking back now the content I shot every day, but was not able to post as quickly, had some good stuff in it. I think. I decided at the time to keep everything on Vimeo for this event. Sadly it seems Vimeo does not get much traffic, or cross-traffic, as Blip does. My stats for Semanal are far far greater than those for VBW.
..
So with that in mind I will post the ‘best of’ VBW by DJElectricDaddy here. Actually if I had the time I would re-edit a best of compilation, but I’m far too busy/lazy for that so I will post my fave clip from the week.

so it seems the HREFs did not work as expected, oh well…

Adam, If showing an embed video you’d better post the embedscript in the comment section, like this:

Nice, thanks. I thought that was the point of the URL to Vide File field. Thought it took care of all the code behind the scenes, as it were. I’ll do this in the future. The HREFs were simply pointing to the Album page on Vimeo of all VBW files. Looking at the code below, it seems I needed to add the TITLE property to the HREF for it to work.

Thanks again Huub
