Hit The Roltrap!
Vlognik? No,no it should be Roltrapnik. Huub, these are endlessly fascinating. I especially liked the men attacking the roltrap and being beaten back by unseen forces. I frequently feel that I would enjoy editing these pieces, but that’s just me. I like to do that.
Is it spring in Holland?

Its Almost Spring in Holland. We All Pray It Will Be A Fact Next Week! Editing this kind of stuff is surely wonderfull!

Here’s a piece about an Oglala Lakota artist named Kevin Pourier. He works with Buffalo Horns - carving them and doing inlay work. It’s quite beautiful, and even though it’s 10 minutes long - I believe it’s worth it. Kevin has a really interesting take on Native Art and what does it mean to just make “Indians chasing buffalos”

How much do you rely on analytics? Do you use them for professional reasons, or for your own interest? If you don’t use them, why is that?

we left california 14 days ago. can’t believe it’s been 2 weeks already. and we’re only half way across the US in missouri at richard and maureen’s house. we’ve been taking our time and staying with people for a few days at a time. have not actually been taping a lot, except for a few ryanishungry shoots (soon to come).

Pope at Washington Circle
My co-worker wanted to see the Pope so I went with her to Washington Circle (two Metro stops away). Almost as soon as we got to the Circle we saw the motorcade and I saw the Pope-mobile before I even had my camera ready.

This is another edit of a video shot in the summer of 2006. This one I started editing back in January this year, but got distracted and have just finished it off for posting this week.
The main problem with this one is the sound level. It was very noisy in the small animal house at Dinosaur Adventure Park.

Semanal08 : Week 15 - A Sprite On The Sand
On a warm, sunny Spring day the family took a little jaunt to the seaside. Mr. G loves the beach, and makes a beeline for the water the moment we release him from the car. So, we spent a Sunday relaxing down at Huntington Beach, looking out over the glistening Pacific Ocean.
